"There is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and
we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are
all things, and through whom we live." 1 Corin. 8:6, nkjv

John Shearouse, formerly of Real Life Fellowship, Dalhousie U. chapter,
has recently been ordained as a Minister of the Gospel by the Associate
Reformed Presbyterian (ARP) Church, a denomination committed to the
historic, Biblical Christian faith. He serves now as the organizing
pastor of a new congregation in Halifax, Covenant Reformed Presbyterian.

For the next few months at least, the meetings of Covenant Reformed
Presbyterian Church will held at the following place/time:

place:	The Wandlyn Inn, 50 Bedford Highway
			(near the Windsor St. Exchange)

			Room 117 (a conference room)

date: the Second and Fourth Sundays of every month

		time: 6:30 in the evening

Goals of the church will be to provide the visitor with a Christian
environment where scholarly, historic doctrine is combined with active
application of the same in terms of deeds of kindness & service to others,
Biblical principles of honesty and integrity, and the importance of the
family. The Scriptures are central to our Christian faith. Our
worship services are held in the manner of New Testament simplicity.

Recent meetings have had more than a dozen people in attendance. For more
