Last weekend I went to check out the W&OD trail here in Vienna, Virginia. I hadn't checked it earlier since last weekend was the earliest I thought it could possibly be usable after the "snowmageddon" that ended on February 10th. To my surprise, I saw that it was completely clear, and had obviously been plowed. I know that a few years ago it was never plowed. When did this change, who is doing it, and when after February 10th was it done? Thanks. I can't be sure it was plowed along its whole length, but the plowing did not stop at the town line, so I doubt it was the town that did it. -- Keith F.
