Please be careful with this message!  It has an HTML attachment, called 
'fhqdvh.html', that appears to download a file from a server at 
tucows.com.  That file appears to be a Microsoft Windows executable. It 
may be entirely benign, but I'd bet against it.

I've notified Tucows, and also the original posting ISP in the 
Netherlands.

Needless to say, I don't think it has much to do with DC biking.
