There's Henry and Jeff's on Charles and Preston.  Decent food -- mostly
sandwiches.  Some entrees.  $5-12.  Regular American fare (pastas etc.).  A little
overpriced, but OK.

Across from H&J on Charles is Thai Landing -- the best Thai place in Baltimore.
Cheap -- $7-10.  Excellent food.  My gf and I use it as a staple.

Also for after-theatre recreation is the Cafe Montage on Preston Ave around the
corner from H&J.  Excellent coffees.  The cafe late (you have to put the acute
accents) is the greatest.  Avant garde art displays.

All of the above are 2 blocks from the Symphony and 3 blocks from the Lyric.
