I'm in Arlington an meeting someone from Cumberland for lunch next weekend.  
A friend suggested Winchester as being half way between us.  Does anyone
know of a good place for lunch in that area.  She will have her 4-year-old
daughter, too.  

If Winchester isn't the best place to meet, other suggestions are appreciated.
