Mexican in Maryland?

About two years ago, a friend of mine took me to a
Mexican place in Maryland. Since I live and work in
Virginia, I'm not at all familiar with MD so I don't
really know 'where' this place was though I'd like
to say Bethesda. Anyway, I want to find the name and
location of a largish Mex place that has a machine
in the center that makes tortillas - and you can watch.
It was a fun spot and the food was great!

Can anybody help?
