Sorry these are my opinions.  But if you to think that sea food ISN'T
something out of the water and deep fried try:

The Chart House - ON the wharf in Old Town.  Very good.  Although a
little pricey you get great service and lot's of food with an
excellent salad bar.
Entrees $10-$25. Salad included.  Oysters Rockefeller are great,
Lobster is fantastic!

The Ocean Gourmet - on Van Dorn St. Near Landmark, next to the new
BJ's. It is in the same Plaza as Safeway, next to Kemp Mill Music
Entrees $9-$18.  Salad not included.

Both highly recommend by me and others I have dined with.
