If you can find your way up to Rockville,  try the Melting Pot.  It
is a fondue restaurant with pretty decent food.  It's different and
a lot of fun.  They do offer a special dinner for two on Valentine's
Day (last year it included a rose, champagne, a polaroid photo of you
and your date).  Reservations are highly recommended or you will wait
for over an hour.
