There's a decent "fast food-ish" Japanese restaurant in Rossyln. I think it was called "Appetizer Plus" and the sushi/buffer bar is all you can eat for $15? (I can't seem to recall the exact details). I had my doubts judging the restuarant from its look, but the food is good.
