Im looking for a restaurant that has really good steak.  That is, steak that ca
n almost be cut with a butter knife.  I find that too many restaurants offer a
charbroiled piece of T-bone, or something that's either been burned beyond a cr
isp or os too tough to eat.  Any suggestions?
