Unfortunately, any resemblance of Chesapeake Seafood House with Legal
is conincedental. The closest I've seen to Legal (and it's not very
close) is the Crisfield in downtown Silver Spring.
Talk about Legal Seafood really brings back memories. I grew up around
the corner from the original Legal (in Inman Square, Cambridge) and
I can remember it when it was only a fish market, with no restaurant
attached. THe Inman Square Legal isn't there anymore, it burned down
a number of years ago.
I think L&N Seafood was mentioned previously in this thread, and I've
found the one on Rockville Pike, near CompUSA pretty good. Whatever
you do, don't go to the restaurants on Maine Ave. (Hogates, etc) --
they're terrible.
Bob.
