Brings back memories of Giffords Ice Cream Shop, a local DC chain which
went out of business about 8-10 years ago. They had the BEST hot fudge
around, real fudge too. I guess they couldn't compete with all of the 
newer "i scream" shops around today. Too bad. I'm not sure if anyplace
else compares around here.
