Was looking at this month's issue of Washingtonian Magazine over the 
weekend and saw mention of several spanish/latin restaurants.  I 
haven't been to any of these places so I can't offer any comments, 
however several of them were listed as Washington's Top 100 in the 
February issue of Washingtonian.
