I work right across from those restaurants at Arena Stage.  They are:

    Pier 7
    The Gangplank
    Hogates
    Phillips
(and for variety:)
    The Channel Inn (or maybe that _is_ Pier 7?)
    El Torito's
    700 Water Street
and Le Rivage

(This is what happens when you sell tix.  You become a tour guide and
concierge, too.)

All of them are pricey except El Torito's, which is merely moderate.

Hogates serves rum buns before dinner, and Phillips is usually pretty good
about their fresh fish selections.  The Gangplank has a fairly limited menu
for the price.
