There is really only one restaurant (three locations now) where at least numbers 1&3 come together 
and that is Red, Hot & Blue in Arlington.  They serve Memphis Pit BBQ in two forms:  dry & wet and 
both are excellent!

RH&B has been on Washingtonian Magazine's 50/100 Best Rests. list since it opened 4 years ago as 
well as its 50/100 Best Cheap Eats.  They serve ribs, pulled pork sandwiches and BBQ chicken.  The 
sides are fries, slaw, rolls and BBQ Beans....again all are delicious!  

I have eaten there a number of times (as well as doing take-out) and have never had a bad meal there.  
I can get enough food for two people for around $25, with neither one  of us leaving the table hungry.
