Though I can't imagine I can match the flavor of the yakitori sauce I grew up with in Japan, but because I know what the Japanese food stores are charging for bottled yakitori sauce, I am going to try and make some of the stuff from scratch. The recipe, however, calls for rock sugar. Anyone have any ideas about where rock sugar might be sold? Leif Neve
