We have eaten at Nakeysa in Georgetown a number of times, and have always found it to be outstanding. The service IS spotty at times, but they do sincerely want to please and are generally very attentive. I love the homemade Persian ice cream -- flavored with rosewater and containing chunks of frozen cream.
