When I have to have an Indian dish with meat, I purchase a jar of Patak's Vindaloo
or Tandoori and either barbecue tandoori chicken or make a vindaloo on the stove.
The instructions are on the side of the jar and the dishes are fantastic.  The store
I go to is hidden off to the side in the mall on the corner of Route 212 and Route 1.
