There are two places that stand out for me when it comes to Margaritas.
The first is La Lomita's on Penn Ave by the eastern Market Metro and the
second is Jaimalita's at the Georgetowne Waterfront.  If you order the 
Gold Margarita at Jaimalita's they pour an extra shot of Cuervo Gold into
their standard rita for a sepcial treat.  I think a combination of the
rita
and the atmosphere during happy hour in the summer make this the best
rita in town!
