There is a great little French restaurant in Crystal City, at the corner of
23rd St and Eads, called Chez Froggy.  It is small, short on atmosphere, but
not nearly as pretentious as other French places I have been.  The service has
always been superior, and the food is out of this world.  I would recommend the
Rack of Lamb, the Beef Wellington, or any of the fish. And save room for 
dessert!
