I believe it's in Herndon (not Reston) in the K-Mart shopping center.
There's also one in Centreville in the Union Mills shopping center
(corner of Union Mills and Braddock Road).  Haven't tried it yet...
my cholesterol count can't take it!

PJ Skidoo's in Fairfax (on Route 50 just west of Fairfax Circle)
has very nice prime rib for a bargain price (something like $7.95
on weekdays).  It frequently gets written up as a cheap-eats
selection.
