I just checked with a friend who until recently owned and operated a Red,
Hot & Blue restaurant in the suburbs, and he said: the headquarters is in
Arlington; the very first restaurant was the one that is still in
Arlington; and, Lee Atwater was one of a number of investors who
established the company, but he was a limited partner and not a major
player in the operation.
