Mo-hotta rates their sauces from mild to very hot. Dave's was the ONLY one marked unbelievebaly hot, and it is. The next sauce, Scorned Woman, pales in comparison. Dave's bottle is the only one where peppers are NOT first ingredient. Dave's lists "hot pepper extract" as the third or fourth ingredients.
