Hello "DC Dining" Group:

I moved from Washington D.C. five years ago, and a friend back East
just told me that my absolute favorite restaurant, A.V.'s on 6th & New
York NW, is closing. Does anyone have any more information on this,
principally when it is closing (or has it already?), and why? I'm
heartbroken!

Thanks in advance,

-an ex Capitol Hill-ite
