I believe it's been confirmed at the chowhound.com website as well as
Tom Tietsiema's online chat: AV isn't closed yet but it will be. The
owner was bought out by a condo developer. Ironically, they made "an
offer he couldn't refuse."

I already miss their pizza and broccoli rabe.
