I could have sworn that a few weeks or even months ago, there was a thread 
on this newsgroup about the demise of Wurzburg Haus in Rockville and the 
opening of Hennings from the same owner in Frederick, but I don't see it 
now.

In any case, if this indeed was a topic and anyone cares, I tried Henning's 
tonight. The food was perfectly fine, much like Wurzburg Haus actually. They 
were really packing in the customers too, the restaurant was nearly full on 
a Tuesday evening which was impressive, especially since Wurzburg Haus was 
often pretty quiet. You all may recall slow as molasses service at Wurzburg 
Haus (one reason I didn't eat there much, even though it was one of the 
nearest restaurants to my home), but Hennings had it beat at even slower. To 
boot, the service was borderline unfriendly-- something I don't recall ever 
occuring at Wurzburg Haus. I guess if you want German, there aren't many 
choices but I won't be in any hurry to return to Hennings.
