I don't know why this is in dc.dining, but another Indian-Chinese place
that isn't quite as far afield is Cool Breeze Chaat House, 2755 Hungary
Springs Rd, Richmond VA.

They keep changing their name over and over, but they are basically a
north Indian place next door to a place that does chaat and Indo-Chinese
specialties, run by the same manager and with staff running from one to
the other constantly.  The chaat is okay although the pani puris don't
seem to be made fresh.  Still, it's Richmond, not some huge city.

Because the name changes, it's best to just check by address...
