My husband and I just got back from a great new sushi restaurant in
Columbia, Maryland.  The prices were reasonable; the sushi was fresh;
the atmosphere pleasant; the location was charming; and, best of all,
the service was friendly and outstanding. They've only been open about
three weeks.

Sushi Sono overlooks the lake near Clyde's in Columbia. Across the
drive from the Columbia Town Cinema's (the 3 screen place). All of
which is across 175 from the Columbia Mall.

We both had the Chef's special. Over 20 pieces of sushi and sashimi.
All fresh. All artfully arranged. The salad and miso soup were good.
They also served us bowls of rice with our large boats of sushi.

All through the course of the meal our cups of green tea were constantly
being topped off by an unobtrusive server. Both regular and lite soy
sauce were on the table.

This place will definitely be our first choice for sushi restaurants in
the future!
