Perhaps the driver of the slower vehicle in the leftmost lane thinks
that anyone who wants to go faster must have some kind of attitude
problem, and can go around if they are in such a big hurry. Or,
perhaps the driver of the slower vehicle is just oblivious to the
entire universe, and knows not that courtesy even exists.
Or......
