Those people are idiots.  They are the ones you need to nail.  Look, by raising
the limit to 65 on I-95, what did they allow the Maryland State Police to do?
They allowed them to stop ticketing people like me who were cruising at 70 or
so, and go after guys who are really causing trouble by going 90 or so.  In
essence, they allowed the troopers to go after the ones who are really driving
dangerously.
