Write 'em at 10 or more over. Look around you and read some of the
posts. It's a target rich environment.

Perhaps you noticed how well it worked in 1995.

I drive a low profile unit that isn't easy to spot from directly ahead
or behind until you are close. Combine that with an excellent
same-direction Ka band radar with all the frills and all I have to do
is drive the speed limit on the interstate and let them come to me.

So do I.

>The inconsistency in leeway is unconstitutional and arbitrary.

The alternative is a system that nails everyone all the time
regardless who they are, much like photo radar, and I don't know of
very many people who want that.

>I actually did follow another motorcycle rider off a cliff once.

And you won't do that again, right? Likewise doing what the other
driver does isn't smart either if they are driving illegally.

>OK, I'll bite... how do you play Russian Roulette safely? Even blanks can kill.

Empty cylinders cannot. The guy who tries it and lives and (here's
the key) does NOT do it again has just done it safely but that is
certainly no guaranteed his luck will continue to hold.

>Like, "be a sheep and never exceed the speed limit?"

If breaking the rules is macho why can't cops do it too?
