Hey, I got a question here. Recently, they raised the speed limit on I-95 between Washington and Baltimore to 65. So, the day before, doing, say, 70 would have gotten you a ticket. But the very next day, doing that would have gotten you a wave from the cops. What changed? Nothing. Did everyone all of the sudden become a better driver? Did the road change? Did the traffic conditions change? Nope, some arbitrary number changed. Guess what? Now, most people are within a 10 mph range of the limit, whereas before, most people were exceeding the limit by at least that much. We all of the sudden went from being "bad" and "aggressive" drivers to being "good" and "safe" drivers even though our driving habits were EXACTLY the same on EXACTLY the same highway! -- Tony Wang http://www.geocities.com/colosseum/2544 Remove the nospam from my name to send me mail
