He claims not to have said that, and going back a bit I have to admit it is
true.  However, what he did say he put in a manner that made a number of us
think he said that.  He said speeding may be an indicator of agressive
driving, is all.  But since he is a cop, we all must assume that anything he 
says is skewed toward the fascistic, since that is the impression he has given
us.

He probably also doesn't understand why I would think CHP were pretty cool
for cops, then think they are becoming fascist power-mongers when they
start with the zero-tolerance crap.  When to me, it seems so obvious.
