My car's better than yours so I can reasonably and prudently go faster
than you can if conditions are nice.  But let's not discuss it anymore. 
It's getting old.

Well, if you happened to benefit from the funds, you might change your
tune.  But don't worry about it.  I really don't care.

Sounds like another "cop out" to me.  No point in arguing with someone who
can't tackle the issues head-on.

No it's far from bogus.  It means people break the law by a lot less than
they used to.  Maybe one day the speed limits will finish catching up with
reality.

Maybe one day I'll get into this discussion again.
