A common form of insurance fraud is to encourage the motorist behind you
to hit your vehicle, which is full of people, have them all claim to be
injured, and claim lots of medical costs.  There are hundreds of
potential victims per mile of highway, all typically tailgaters who are
oblivious to the possibility that they might hit the next vehicle as
soon as it brakes.
