My definition of speeding matches that found in the statutes and
ordinances.  Perhaps you should read them sometime.

No.  Actually most of us don't bother with the enlightening
conversation.  We just ticket 'em, tell 'em to have a nice day, and
watch 'em drive off into the sunset. 

You remind me of the gal from the Ozarks with 13 children who didn't
have a clue why she kept having them.
