Ah, well we of the fast-drivers association will happily take you to task with
a pro-speed Jihad of our own.  The more the authorities squeeze, the faster
we'll go, and the cleverer we'll get about doing it.

If you *truly* care about safety (and this I doubt), you should realize that
you'll never get what you want by force.  The "drug war" is a losing
proposition (and a huge waste of tax dollars), and so is your private "speed
war."  If you really wanted more safety you'd push for dumping the speed limit
entirely and work for more driver education.
