Thanks for the insight.  They do, however, know that you're back there.  I know this
because I can almost always get them to move over or speed up or speed up _and_ move over
by following them with the center of my car lined up with their left outside mirror.
Sometimes puts my wheel in those little rumble strips on the side of the road for added
effect.  90% will get out of the way - so I conclude 90% know I'm there.  I suspect a
great percentage just don't care...
