I could not believe my eyes tonight. On a busy, divided parkway, a lady was pushing a baby stroller with baby onboard in the street!!!! There was this perfectly good sidewalk right there and she was *not* using it!!!! (No, she was not crossing at an intersection, she was in the middle of the block.) Granted a car can jump a curb, but walking the baby stoller in the street is as dumb as one can get. Its "baby stroller roulette".
