I saw this incident happen today. A driver, with running mouth disease started drifting right to change lanes. Problem is, she never saw the car in the lane to her right. She just kept coming over. The other guy of course reacted by drifting into the exit lane. Finally, she realized what she was doing and reacted by panicking, rather that reacting as she should have. She turned radically and nearly lost control on the damp pavement. Of course it would have been fun for me too, had she did a donut or two. This shows simply one thing, the MVA does not require drivers to learn how to react properly rather than panic. It high time in this high-tech world to train and test drivers on simulators so that they can learn control. (Ironically, those who have played many action video games are probably better prepared to drive.)
