I agree. When I moved from MD to VA, the first thing I noticed about VA drivers is that they don't make turn signal and they don't stop at stop sign if they don't feel like to! Here's my favorite one: One day this month at about 5pm, clear day, lots of sun, somewhere in Herndon VA on a two lane road with shoulders, I drove just behind an Escort. This woman drove 30mph where she can drive 50mph, so it's OK, I followed her slowly, then she slowed down and started driving on right shoulder. I thought she would stop and was ready to pass her, at that time, she suddenly made a sharp left turn in front of me!!! This idiot was trying to make a U-turn and totally unaware of me even I followed right behind her for about 1 minutes!!!
