On the approach road that connects Reagan National Airport to US 1 and Crystal City (with an overpass of the GW Parkway), there is a left turn light (facing traffic headed towards the airport) with the sign below that reads 'empty taxis, no left turn'. Can anyone explain why this sign is in place? -- Rush Wickes | spam deterrent in place to reply: replace 'vatech' with 'vt'. web : http://www.southside.org/~rush/
