I am assuming you are going to a point south of Capital Beltway.

Go I 495 West to American Legion Bridge use VA exit 14 George
Washington Parkway south to Alexandra VA. Parkway turns in to
Washington St in the city of Alexandra, on the south end of
Alexandra it becomes George Washington Parkway again. At Belle Haven
Rd turn right this will take you to Fort Hunt Rd VA SR 629 turn right
to VA US 1 5800 block Richmond Highway just south of Capital Beltway
or you can go a little further on Parkway to Becon Hill Rd / Belle 
View Blvd turn right to VA US 1 6600 block Richmond Highway.
