It's bad enough to get stuck behind a slow-moving, indecisive Montgomery-ite-driven minivan on I-395. Yesterday I was driving through Lee, MA, a quaint small town in the Berkshires. The driver in front of me ran through a crosswalk, narrowly missing two pedestrians (In MA, as in MD, state law requires vehicles to stop when a pedestrian is in a crosswalk.), then stopped at an intersection when he had the right of way. My wife noticed the Maryland plates right away. Lord knows it wouldn't have been someone form MA.
