I gently beeped on one today who was snoozing at a green light on Leesburg
Pike. I thought she was going to have the big one right there. As I passed
her (we're now doing 20 miles an hour, for cryin' out loud), she was
clutching her chest, fanning her face, the whole nine yards (Right, no hands
on the wheel). The vapors, I guess. I laughed all the way home. I'm not
going to make a good Southerner, I don't think. . .Not gracious enough.
Plus, I still use my turn signal and believe in AT LEAST driving the posted
limit when possible.
