Have a pleasant time Earl, I see you still refused to answer the

Here's a brief summary of our conversations:
Earl:  "Speed kills"
Brandon:  "High speeds can be safe on Interstates"
Earl:  "Watch out for children playing"
Brandon:  "what do kids have to do with Interstates?"
Earl:  "You obviously don't care about the children"
Brandon:  "Where are all the deaths caused by excessive speed?"
Earl:  "Speed kills."

You may "know" that speed kills, but you ignore the fact that FARS
data is gathered from reports made by those accident investigators and
doesn't show the correlation between high speeds and danger that you
claim.
