Yes, we've both seen them however it's been a while since I've seen
one in a Jag.   Beemers?  Yes.

On our turnpikes that'd be no problem since 75 is the speed limit. :-)

It's human nature to want the other guy to get stopped rather than
ourselves.  I've found the quickest way to assure that is to not be
doing anything to lure the officer away from the other target. :-}

You and me both.  The only problem is that some estimate roughly 1/4
to 1/3 of all currently licensed drivers wouldn't make the cut and in
our mobile society that would create a tremendous backlash.   It's
definitely a dilemma that needs solving.
