This will only work if we get some _viable_ public transportation, not the
kind made simply to get to work and back, but the kind you can use for
holidays and errands and etc. and not take twice as long to do it as it
would in a car.  Otherwise, it will impact those that lose their license
too severly, and likely cause a recession that would prevent all of us
from enjoying our Mustang GT's or Mitsubishi Eclipses from lack of $$$ to
do so.
