Obviously, Fred, the Police Rodent doesn't know.
Didn't take a BAC every 15-min. on the guy to
graph a chart !   They drew blood at the hospital
and Ofc. Rat got a tube of it.   A few days later it
came back 0.44.   Do you take multiple BAC samples
at various times on subjects you arrest ?
