I strongly disagree with that %.  That is an argument for getting rid of
wakeup strips on the sides of freeways, and perhaps Botts dots as well.

I'll even admit to having woken up, er, in another lifetime outside the
200 mile limit or something.  I would guess many have, though few may admit
it publicly.
